Call or email to arrange for an appointment. |

Launch 'Internet Explorer' and open the website www.techinline.net. |

Once the web page has loaded you will see this Information bar |

Click the 'This website wants to install...' information bar, then click 'Install ActiveX Control' |

You will then see a security warning asking "Do you want to install" - Techinline Remote Desktop. Click the 'Install' button. |

| Now that the Remote Access software is installed a Client ID will be displayed. Simply give this Client ID to your Bug Byte technician and he will then be able to connect to your computer remotely. |
